FEATURES

FUNCTIONAL PROCESS
Uncoiling → film covering → leveling → ribbing → punching sharp mouth, square mouth, middle support hole, flange hole on both sides → cutting to length → 1 # feeding platform → rotating seaming machine → 2 # feeding platform → dual-machine linkage angle steel flange machine, dual-machine linkage common plate flange (TDF) → manipulator feeding and conveying flat platform → - square folding forming → discharging
TECHNICAL INDICATORS
1. 0.5-1.5mm galvanized sheet, 0.5-1.2mm stainless steel (304 or GB 201) common plate flange air duct, angle steel flange air duct.
2. Shearing plate thickness: 2.0mm galvanized plate (excluding reinforcement, punching and punching), 1.5mm stainless steel (excluding reinforcement, punching and punching).
3. With film covering function and welding mode.
4. With middle support hole and flange hole on both sides.
