FEATURES

FUNCTIONAL PROCESS
Uncoiling → leveling → grooving → punching sharp mouth and square mouth → cutting to length → 1 # conveyor → rotating locker forming machine → 2 # conveyor → dual-machine linkage angle bar flange machine, dual-machine linkage TDF flange machine → manipulator feeding and conveying platform → folding square → discharging
TECHNICAL INDICATORS
1.0.5-1.5mm galvanized sheet, 0.5-1.2mm stainless steel (304 or GB 201) TDF flange air duct, angle bar flange air duct.
2. Shearing plate thickness: 2.0mm galvanized plate (excluding grooving, punching ports and holes), 1.5mm stainless steel (excluding grooving, punching ports and holes).
3. Optional film covering function and welding mode.
4. With film covering function(Prevent the board from mildewing, getting damp, and from oil stains adhering to its surface) and welding mode.
