Hydraulic Elbow Forming Machine
1. The machine adopts a four-roll structure. The upper roll is the main drive, which meshes with the reducer's output gear to deliver rolling torque.
2. The lower roll moves vertically for clamping. This motion is hydraulically actuated via oil pressure in the cylinder acting on the piston.
3. Side rolls are positioned on both sides of the lower roll to tilt along the frame guides. This tilting action is controlled by a lead screw, nut, and worm gear drive system.
